Office & Team Assistant (Part-Time Preferred)

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and people-oriented Office & Team Assistant to help keep our daily operations smooth and our team supported. If you’re energized by variety, enjoy being the go-to person, and bring a positive, open-minded attitude, this could be the perfect fit

What You’ll Be Doing

This role covers a wide range of administrative and team-support tasks, including:

  • Office and vendor coordination (invoices, supplies, general upkeep)
  • Organizing team events and office get-togethers
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating travel and workshops
  • Assisting with the hiring processes, communication and scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with surveys (ENPS/NPS) and reports, and other internal initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Fluent English
  • Highly reliable and well-organized
  • Available to work 3 days per week onsite
  • Brings positive energy, an open mind, and is naturally extroverted
  • Confident with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in accounting or finance
  • Previous experience in a similar admin or office assistant role
